I'm not familiar with the model, but it seems like a genuine, 1980s watch. We can not be certain unless you provide movement photos.

When you are not familiar with the model, does it mean it is rare ?

No, I'm specializing in pre-1975 watches, so things after that date do not really draw my attention. It seems genuine and it looks like the movement will come out through the front, so it's not easy to take it out. You will need a watchmaker's help to see the movement.

From the given size it's a ladies watch.

Value is close to nothing like most Ladies watches $50 - 100 maybe.
