Help identifying ladies JLC watch

Posted on Friday, February 17, 2012 - 07:52 am:    I inherited this JLC ladies 18k watch from a family member who was a horologist. As you can see from the picture's the dial has a kind of marbled effect to it. I would like to know if this was intended to be or if its just damaged (the watch is brand new).
