Is it me? I've noticed a lot of recent auctions with back presentations removed usually SS backs,
not gold. I also notice SS back swaps on watches that I know should have gold backs. While I am venting, I might as well say that there are a lot of 1970+ wrists pretending to be under 1969 out there. It must be me. :-)

Dunno, the engravings, unless unusual make the watches harder to sell. So it might just be that...who knows for sure.
