Could you please tell me the model & value, along with any additional information you might be able to provide for this vintage Omega? It has an 18K case with a 352 movement. The serial # on the movement is 11579828. It has a screw-on back & a 14K Kreisler band/bracelet. I am not an expert, but the watch appears to me to be in above average to excellent condition. Thanks! |

The case refence number will be stamped on the inside case back, usually 4 digits. It appears to be a caliber 352 chronometer from the very early 1950s. Assuming it is in the very nice shape with no needs, value without the band is around $1200-1500. |

Hi Zaf, thank you for the information. The case reference number is 2520. The back of the case also has the number 10860058. Would this watch have been a predecessor to either the Constellation or the Seamaster? ...I see similarities to both, but neither seems to match exactly. Thank you in advance for your time! |

The caliber 352 with index regulation is a predecessor to the Constellation movements, yes. But your case looks a lot more like that of a Seamaster. There is a Seamaster that is chronometer grade, so perhaps this is the ancestor of that watch. |
