Something seems fishy about this Jaeger LeCoultre-Can anyone help identify it

I'm new to the forum. New to high end watches, actually. I came across this vintage Jaeger LeCoultre, and I've spent most of the afternoon trying to find any information that would verify its authenticity, but so far, I haven't found anything. Does anyone know if this is a fake? Thanks for the help in advance!

It's a crude fake.
