This is my Le Coultre Memovox Jumbo 14 kt case 38,5 mm. The index at 6 and 9 seem look like those like the Cross of Vacheron. It is possible that there was a collaboration with Vacheron for the construction of this wristwatch?

In my opinion, no. VC had nothing to do with US market alarms.

However, there is no other Le Coultre Memovox with a dial like this.

That's not true. Those markers are not uncommon.
They are not a Croix de Malte anyway, more of a faceted diamond cut, but uncommon on the US watches in general.
