Hi, I recently came across a Patek Philippe watch left to me by my grandfather. It is entirely 14k gold, in very good condition with all the jewels present, and the case is approx. 1" x 3/4". It looks like the reference number is 563544. I have attached several pictures. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! |

It looks like a marriage for a Rolex case and a Patek movement. Hard to value such a thing, perhaps the value of the gold + $250-300 for the Patek movement. |
