Interested in general information and possible value of this Longines pocket watch. Reads simply Longines on face with thin roman numerals. Inside back cover reads 0.800, 970387, a winged hourglass crest with Longines Inside back case reads Longines, Grand Prix Paris 1889 with 3 engraved goldish "seals" and 7 engraved "seals" beneath (see photo) Has a thumb-winder; this watch runs just fine. It was passed along to me from my great-grandfather from Sweden.

Not a whole lot on silver Longines time-only pockets of this type, something typically < $200, even less if the dial has any cracks or chips, etc. |
