Lange & Sohne - excellent+ black [bakelite tub] (about 120mm diameter), numbered #5565 that appears to have been "de-Nazified" i.e. Eagle removed, another [view], very pretty mahogany carrying case and matching gimbaled hardware and latching assembly. near mint off white [dial] with painted Arabic numerals (original), 56 power reserve indication at 12:00, constant seconds at 6:00, spade hands. signed manual wind [movement] with detente escapement, fusee style 56 hour power reserve with wind indication, #5557, Classic A. Lange & Söhne Ships's chronometer for the German Navy, circa 1944, Bakelite tub and very cool highly legible dial. (Ref rx1075)
Auricoste - excellent+ all stainless steel snap back case (37mm) with with fluted rotating bezel, ["CEV -- Centre d'essai en Vol"] markings, [view inside of back]. near mint+ original signed matte black dial variant, 2 registers: constant seconds & 30 minute recorder, chronograph sweep seconds, luminous hands, [black leather strap]. For more info on French Air Force Type 20s [click here]. 17 jewel signed chronograph [movement] with fly back feature Lemania caliber 2040 w/Breguet hairspring, easily the highest grade movement of all type 20s, Exceedingly rare all stainless Auricoste French Airforce "Type 20" flyback chronograph circa 1955 one of probably less that 100 evaluated by the French CEV, circa 1955. Benrus - excellent+ steel signed round one piece case (34mm, US military [markings]), fitted with Nato style nylon strap. near mint+ unsigned black dial (nice original) with painted numerals 1-12 and 13-24, sweep seconds. 17 jewel signed manual wind [movement]) (file photo), hack setting, ETA 2750, just fully serviced and running strong, Classic Vietnam era (Nov. 1973) GG-W-113 issued military timepiece from Benrus, nice clean shape, just serviced. Beuchat - excellent+ never polished stainless steel round screw back case w/uni-directional rotating dive bezel (42mm, French Navy property [markings], correct plain screw down crown, green NATO style Nylon strap. near mint+ signed black dial with luminous numerals (original), luminous hands, sweep seconds, quick set date, original [French Navy decommission papers] matching that of numbers on the case, indicating January 2001 service retirement. 25 jewel full rotor automatic [movement] (ETA 2824-2), Serious duty French Navy divers watch in a massive stainless case, originally rated to 1,000 meters, with very hard to find decommission paperwork. Breguet - near mint never polished, stainless steel round [screw back case] (38mm diameter, plenty of "FG" Fin de garantie markings), original oversized onion crown, [inside case back] view. near mint+ signed black dial (original), two registers; constant seconds and 30 minute and recorders, chronograph center seconds, fitted with [leather Nato strap], with hand signed [Breguet archive extract]. 17 jewel chronograph [movement], Valjoux caliber 222 with flyback "retour en vol" feature, recent service, Highly desirable 2 register Breguet Type 20 "retour en vol" chronograph, the only model that should technically be called a "Type 20" nice clean condition from 1954 and in service until 1980. Hamilton - near mint chrome plate base metal case (51mm) with U.S. Navy Bureau of Ships [markings]. mint spectacular original porcelain enamel dial with black hands, subsidiary seconds,very dark blued steel hands. 17 jewel signed [movement], grade 2974B, hack setting, adjusted temperature and 3 positions, Fairly rare WWII U.S. Navy Bureau of Ships comparing watch with superb original dial, lovely condition.
